At Executive Lifestyle Productions otherwise know as Ty Hines Media, we are committed to providing exceptional services and ensuring your satisfaction.

We strive to deliver high-quality results that meet and exceed your expectations. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary. Please review our refund policy below:

Cancellation before Production Commences: If you decide to cancel your project before production has begun, a full refund will be provided if cancelled with in 72 hours of your production.
Cancellation during Production: If you choose to cancel your project after production has started but before completion you choose to forfeit your production without refund. Once your project has begun we have a strict no refund policy.
No Refunds for Completed Productions: Once the production is completed and delivered to you, we do not offer refunds. We are confident in our ability to deliver a product that aligns with your vision and meets our high standards of quality.
Discretionary Refunds: In exceptional cases, we may consider providing a partial or full refund at our discretion. This may include situations where there are unforeseen circumstances or issues that prevent us from fulfilling our commitments.

Please note that any refunds processed may take a reasonable amount of time to reflect in your account,
