Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy At Ty Hines Media, we understand that schedules can change. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask that you do so at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any fees. Cancellations or reschedule requests made within 48 hours of the appointment time will incur a non-refundable $49 fee. This policy ensures that we can efficiently manage our production schedule and continue providing a high-quality experience for all clients. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
